YOGA NIDRA

 

I just wanted to say how much I love the Yoga Nidra classes, I sometimes struggle to relax but I have found that the guided meditation is so relaxing and blissful it doesn't matter what kind of day I've had, I always come away from your classes feeling fantastic!!

After having my baby 8 months ago, I very rarely get two minutes to myself.  I look forward to my yoga class on a Saturday morning all week. Rosalie's classes are different each week which I love, from a beginner I feel stronger each week,the stretches/poses help me relax and focus plus the Yoga Nidra at the end is just what is needed in the busy world we live in. I look forward to many more classes and one day doing a head stand!

VINYASA BLISS

 

As someone who is new to yoga but has always been sporty I was pleasantly surprised at how much Rosalie's classes have benefited my flexibility, core strength and balance. Rosalie is an excellent teacher, is always very welcoming and ensures each class is engaging and fun. I always feel better after Rosalie's classes and find the yoga nidra meditation at the end of each class very beneficial after a hard week.

I have procrastinated about doing yoga for some time, but been aware that it was something that would help with the high intensity training that I enjoy 6 days a week. A friend suggested attending one of Rosalie's classes at Yoga Box and I have been attending every Friday since! It took me a while to relax into the ethos of things yoga but the style in which Rosalie practices has made me train myself and I feel that I am starting to reap the reward both physically and mentally.


I love the challenge of the Vinyasa Flow which really helps me stretch those tight muscles and relax. The Yoga Nidra has helped me to realise that not everything is a competition and to focus on setting my mind to what I want to achieve from the practice, in my case to relax and live for the present.


Everytime I leave one of Rosalie's classes I feel relaxed, refreshed and full on positive energy. I would highly recommend her classes, from one who was an old sceptic.

RETREATS

 

I am a recent retiree who is not experienced at yoga. Rosalie is an excellent instructor gifted at introducing poses to newcomers as well as guiding those who have been practicing for years. I enjoyed her class so much that my first step on returning home was to join the yoga class at my local gym. I recommend her to anyone who is interested, regardless of their age or previous involvement.

I was on a retreat and Rosalie was our teacher every day for a week. It was not ideal for her as she had a very mixed ability class to take, but she put together a great class every single day and made every one completely different too. I really liked the inclusion of a few different moves I had never come across before and her light touch, humour and spirituality really resonated with me and indeed the entire class.

Rosalie teaches from a genuine, open and loving place, an attitude that flows out into her nurturing practice style. To each class I had the pleasure of attending, she brought something new and unexpected, from moon salutations to blindfolded yoga (a revelation!). If you would like to experiment with the manifold ways of doing yoga, with an experienced and open hearted teacher, I can't recommend Rosalie highly enough.
